Solid-domed bisque socket head, blonde painted hair with forelock curl, blue painted hair band with bow over her left ear, painted black side-glancing googly eyes, painted curly upper lashes, dot brows, closed mouth with center line between the impish grin, five-piece composition body with painted shoes and socks, cotton romper dress. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (Goebel symbol) 12/0 x Germany. Comments: Germany, Goebel, circa 1916. Value Points: charming whimsical character with wonderful hair detail.
