Description
Of ochre/bronze and black striped silk, the three piece ensemble features a dart-shaped fully-lined jacket with self-covered buttons, edged by a border of stitched-down pleats and tulle. Along with gore-shaped skirt with wide band of narrow stitched-down pleats at the hem and tulle edging; and a detachable overskirt with wide gathered side flounces, back bustle and further tulle trim. For 20"-21" lady doll. 5" shoulder width. 8" waist. 17" overall length. Circa 1870.
