Description
Of crisp black taffeta, the two-piece ensemble features a fully-lined dart-shaped jacket with modified pagoda style sleeves, tiny black faceted buttons, and intricate edging around the neckline, hem and sleeves of tulle, white lace, and black Alencon lace. With matching skirt having flat front with attached overskirt, train, and extended lappets, and having elaborate trim to match the jacket. For 20"-21" lady doll. 5" shoulder width. 8" waist. 17" overall length. Circa 1870.
