Description
10" (25 cm.) h. 13"w. Of finest rosewood and exotic woods, the desk features a rolled front which is decorated with an inlay scene of village buildings, and which opens when writing table is pulled out. There are two lower dove-tailed drawers and further marquetry on the desk top and on both sides. Excellent condition. Viennese, mid-1800s, superb detail of inlay with many-toned exotic woods to define building details.
