Bisque socket head, brown glass side-glancing googly eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shy tentative smile, brunette mohair wig, five-piece composition toddler body with painted shoes and socks. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 133 HS (intertwined) 1 Germany. Comments: Herm Steiner, circa 1920. Value Points: great whimsical character with fine luminous complexion, impish expression, original body, fine antique costume.
