3" (8 cm.) l. table. Including three miniature wooden boxes with ebony finish, each with very fine oil-painted scene, one being an amusing portrait of human-costumed bear; along with a bronze framed table with cabriole style legs and with faux-tortoise inserts, and with a gilt metal framed jewel case with tortoise and mother-of-pearl banding and purple silk lined interior. Excellent condition. French, mid-1800s.
