28" (71 cm.) x 22"w. x 17"d. The wooden two-story Boulangerie has opening front doors, the first floor interior fitted with shelves, cupboards and counter on beautiful parquet floor, while the upper story is designed for furnishing as the baker's apartment. The store is painted a vibrant color and is decorated with signage for Brioche and Croissants as well as having hand-painted side panels in the classic manner. The paned windows have working shutters. The shop was created under special commission for Huguette Clark by the Parisian toy store, Au Nain Bleu, circa 1980. The placard Au Nain Bleu is attached to the back base of the shop. Excellent condition.
