Seated upon a white horse with flowing grey mane and tail is the Indian from the Palmer Cox Brownies series, having down-glancing brown googly eyes and yellow painted costume, red feather headdress. Generally excellent, professional restoration to feather is virtually imperceptible. Germany, circa 1895, wonderful detail of the Palmer Cox Brownie figure.
