8" (20 cm.) All-bisque one-piece figure of standing Brownie as English bobby policeman with sculpted googly downcast eyes, sculpted costume comprising blue uniform and matching helmet, with gilt accents, and holding bobby stick. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1900, inspired by the stories of Palmer Cox, this example with original paper label on the underside indicating model number 6323.
