7" (18 cm.) Each doll has bisque shoulderhead with painted features, muslin body, bisque lower limbs, including man with sculpted blonde hair and factory-original regimental costume, and woman with blonde mohair wig, wearing original muslin gown with demi-train and lace trim. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1900. Value Points: included is a bronze miniature grand piano, marked Depose, with oval medallion image of 18th century lady on the lid; the lid hinges open to reveal the music box inside. The music box winds on the underside and plays when the lid opens.
