Bisque socket head, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 10 (and artist checkmarks, head). Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1888. Value Points: beautiful amber eyes, fine complexion, original body and body finish and wearing charming antique costume comprising cotton dress, dimity pinafore with patterns of kitten heads, undergarments, stockings, (worn) leather shoes incised "Paris Depose 10" with bee symbol.
