Bisque socket head with flattened solid dome, brown glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, Sonneberg composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2. Comments: Sonneberg, circa 1882, for the French market, the doll was made to compete with the popular French bebe of the era. Value Points: especially charming petite bebe with beautiful doe-eyes, original body and body finish, antique costume.
