10" (25 cm.) l. stationery box. The bronze-framed set of fine porcelain has hand-painted scenes of garlands of flowers and scenes of children in a garden setting, including a slant front stationery box with slant front which hinges open to reveal the aqua and teal green velvet interior. Along with an inkwell stand with gilded blue designs on the base and inkwell, gilded brass finish, mother-of-pearl handled pen. Excellent condition. French, mid-1800s.
