13" (33 cm.) All composition with light brown complexion, painted brown side-glancing eyes, closed mouth with four painted upper teeth, black yarn hair. Marks: Shirley Temple Ideal (head) 13 (torso). Condition: generally excellent. Comments: wearing costume of young Hawaiian girl as appearing in the 1937 film "Hurricane", comprising grass skirt, panties, sash leis and hair coronet. Ideal, circa 1937. Value Points: rare model with especially fine preservation of original finish.
