Description
8" (20 cm.) One-piece bisque head and torso, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, lightly tinted brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with downcast lips, brunette mohair bobbed wig, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs in bent baby pose, bare feet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 16-10 (head) 6-20 (inside limbs) Bye-Lo (partial original paper label). Comments: Germany, Bye-Lo, circa 1923, designed by Grace Storey Putnam. Value Points: rarity factors include large size, wig, and sleep eyes.
