16" (41 cm.) All wooden carved doll, socket head, intaglio painted blue eyes with pronounced large black pupils, white eyedots, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with wistful expression, blonde mohair bobbed wig, wooden spring-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan. 17th 1911 USA. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1912, model 301. Value Points: well-sculpted details and fine original finish on the intaglio-eyed doll.
