Polychromed terra cotta shoulderhead depicting a restaurant waiter with bald pate, black side burns, shaded stubble, brown enamel eyes, impressed age lines and moles, slight smiling expression, tow-wrapped posable armature body, carved green stockings and tan shoes with brown soles and flaps, wearing burgundy velvet suit with gold braid, black vest, shirt, linen apron, and with metal ladle. Excellent condition. Neapolitan, mid-1700s, very detailed facial modeling with kindly expression, occupational themed.
