16" (41 cm.) Carved wooden socket head with sculpted boyish hair, well-defined forelock curl, intaglio-carved blue eyes with large black pupils and white eyedots, single stroke brows, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, wooden spring-jointed body. Condition: good, original finish albeit scuffing on face and limbs. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan. 17, 11 USA & Foreign Countries. Comments: Schoenhut, model 204, circa 1912. Value Points: rarer early model, wearing original white linen Norfolk suit.
