13" (33 cm.) Bisque socket head, round plump face, large blue glass "O" shaped googly sleep eyes in upper glancing gaze, thick dark eyeliner, painted curly upper lashes, wide-painted brows, button-shaped nose with accented nostrils, closed mouth with wide smile, four modeled teeth, impressed dimples at lip corners, philtrum and cheek centers, brunette mohair wig, French composition and wooden fully-jointed toddler body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SFBJ 245 Paris 4 (head). Comments: SFBJ, circa 1915. Value Points: rare model with especially fine modeling which emphasizes the deep laughter lines, dimples and eye crinkles, original body and body finish, antique woolen flannel costume comprising matching dress, coat and cap, socks and shoes.
