Description
15" (38 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with blonde sculpted hair in pageboy arrangement, captured under a black snood which is decorated at side of her face with a sculpted pink tassel and green feather, blue painted eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, one-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, muslin body, bisque lower arms, antique green silk costume. Condition: chip at front right corner of breastplate. Comments: Germany, circa 1865. Value Points: interesting study in decorative painting variations of identical models by comparing this to #54 and #55.
