Bisque swivel head on kid-edged shoulderplate, Dehors neck articulation allowing the head to tilt forward and side to side as well as swivel, blue glass paperweight eyes with spiral threading, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, kid-over-wooden body with shapely torso, dowel-jointing at elbows, hips and knees, deluxe swivel on upper arms, bisque lower arms and legs, bisque bare feet, included with the doll is a lovely silk costume, undergarments, leather boots, bone-handled parasol. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2. Comments: French, circa 1867. Value Points: exquisite face, rare Dehors articulation, rare body with bisque arms and legs.
