The wooden salon chair with gold leaf finish has lyre-shaped carving at the back accented with ribbons and bows, circular cane seat with acanthus leaf frieze, and tapering fluted legs with further acanthus trim. Generally excellent, original finish with some minor rubs. French, late 1800s.
