Description
6 1/2" (17 cm.) Each has bisque socket head sculpted as cat, with textured grey "fur" accented by white panels, painted green eyes, closed mouth, five-piece paper mache body with grey finish and painted red boots. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (faint Heubach model numbers and logo). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1916. Value Points: delightful and rare cat people wear matching costumes, with variation of expressions, one shy and demure with small eyes, and the other with large side-glancing googly eyes and a rakish smile with painted teeth.
