Description
3 1/2" (20 cm.) to waist. 8" overall. Porcelain waist-up figure of a young girl, her head tilted shyly to the side and her arms modeled away from body with intertwined fingers at her waist, with grey sculpted long curly hair decorated with colorful Dresden flowers which are repeated in a corsage on the bodice of the sculpted blouse. The figure is attached to original pincushion base with which forms a skirt and which has original cloth label "A La Pensee 5 Faub. St. Honore, Paris". Excellent condition. Germany, Ernest Bohne Sohne, circa 1900.
