Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 140 4. Comments: Germany,from the art character movement,the maker remains a mystery,although clues point to both Kestner and Hertel and Schwab. Value Points: wonderful rare doll with highly characterized features,finest bisque and painting,great antique gentleman's costume.
