Paper mache shoulderhead with black sculpted hair in sidepart, with short tousled curls including sidelock, partially-sculpted ears, large brown painted eyes, painted upper lashes, black shaded brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, blushed cheeks, slender kid body, wooden lower arms legs, painted green flat shoes, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1840. Value Points: fine original condition, rare size of the very rare model, wonderfully-sculpted hair, antique costume. The doll bears a blue ribbon award from 1999 UFDC convention.
