10" (25 cm.) - 16". Each has porcelain shoulderhead with ebony black complexion, sculpted tightly-curled short black hair, painted black upper glancing eyes in deeply-set white eye sockets, closed mouth, original brown muslin body, porcelain/bisque lower limbs (the two women with shaped heeled ankle boots), and each is wearing fine antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1880. Value Points: wonderful family of rare dolls with fine flawless complexions and hair, original bodies.
