Description
18" (46 cm.) Carved wooden socket head with sculpted hair arranged in braided coronet, defined ears, sculpted brown eyes, black eyeliner and brows, rounded nose, closed mouth with impressed dimples at lip corners, all-wooden chip-carved body with jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, defined fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Huggler of Switzerland, circa 1925. Value Points: fine larger size of the carved hair doll, wearing original traditional costume including embroidered apron and jewelry.
