19" (48 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with blonde sculpted hair in curls and very full bangs, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, kid body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees, bisque lower arms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 131 8. Comments: C.F. Kling, circa 1880. Value Points: pretty bright-eyed child with gleaming patina of combmarked hair, is wearing mauve silk gown with lace trim, and is carrying tiny bisque doll with sculpted hair and glass eyes, painted orange boots.
