Description
22" (56 cm.) x 27" framed. A painting on board depicts a very detailed scene of a street bazaar featuring a toy stall filled with dolls, toy horses, croquet set, balls and more, in front of which is standing a young girl with fancy dress and bonnet, seemingly transfixed by the wonderful selection of treasures. There is an artist symbol in lower left corner. Some light flaking of paint, but overall excellent. French, late 19th century.
