Description
6 1/2" (17 cm.) Each has one-piece wooden head and torso, elongated throat, painted black hair and facial features, dowel-articulation at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, painted shoes and stockings. Condition: generally excellent, woman's costume is frail. Comments: Grodnertal, circa 1840. Value Points: the woman has carved yellow tuck-comb and wonderful details of curls around her face, man's original costume is well-preserved.
