18" (46 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead of adult lady, waved blonde hair drawn from her face and captured in arranged curls at the back, blue glass inset eyes, painted features, closed mouth, pierced ears, sculpted wide stand-up collar with scalloped edging, white beading, and magenta detail, newer muslin body and bisque lower arms, nice antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 135-6. Comments: C.F. Kling, circa 1870. Value Points: beautiful face, rarity factors include glass eyes, fancy collar and bodice, pierced ears, and richly glazed hair.
