5 1/2" (14 cm.) Each has bisque shoulderhead, muslin body, bisque lower limbs, including older gentleman with bald pate, painted facial features, wearing formal wear suit with blue jacket, boutonniere, silk vest and pants, and glass-eyed lady with ringlet curls, closed mouth, model 1160 by Simon and Halbig, wearing silk gown, shawl and high bonnet. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1900.
