10" (25 cm.) All-wooden doll with one-piece head and torso, elongated neck, tiny shaped nose, black painted hair with ringlet curls framing the face, painted tiny brown eyes, tiny closed mouth, shapely bosom and tiny waist, dowel-jointing at shoulders, wrists, hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent, right shoulder jointing repaired. Comments: Grodnertal, circa 1840. Value Points: especially charming definition of curls framing the face.
