Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate with flattened solid dome, elongated facial shape, brown glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with downcast pouting expression, outlined lips, pierced ears, dimpled chin, blonde mohair wig, kid body with gusset-jointing, bisque lower arms, antique brown velvet coat with silk fringe, undergarments, stockings, shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S 10 H 949. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: rare model with very deeply sculpted features, beautifully painted complexion and features, especially mouth.
