11" (28 cm.) l. The hollow firm-structured paper mache dog is covered with lush white curly mohair, with shaved muzzle and lower legs, long fluffy tail, amber glass eyes and painted black nose and mouth. The head removed for access to the candy container interior. Excellent condition. French, circa 1890.
