Description
14" (36 cm.) Brunette caracul wig. Wearing tagged sailor suit with middy top having black ribbon trim and red-embroidered "Mary Martin", sailor cap, white socks, black leatherette side-snap shoes. Near mint condition. Alexander, 1951. Rare petite size with very fine complexion and well-preserved rare costume. The doll was created to coincide with the Broadway play, South Pacific, in which Mary Martin starred.
