Bisque socket head,very deep blue glass paperweight inset eyes,long painted lashes,mauve-blushed eye shadow,brush-stroked and feathered brows,accented eye corners,shaded nostrils,closed mouth,shaded and outlined lips,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 7 (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau,the very first issue of the tete model which appeared late 1885/1886,this model bearing original dated booklet of 1885. Value Points: the rarity of the premiere tete model,having original labeled box and extremely rare illustrated booklet "Bebe Jumeau L'Exposiiton" with images and story of Bebe Jumeau at the 1885 Antwerp Exposition is enhanced by its beauty and originality,with softest lush original wig,Jumeau earrings,original body and body finish,original chemise,and exceptional quality of bisque and painting.
