15" (38 cm.) Soft caracul wig in light brown shaded color. Wearing tagged white sheer nylon gown with puffed sleeves, Peter Pan collar, red velvet ribbon bows, taffeta petticoat and panties, red front-snap shoes. Near mint condition. The doll represents Mary Martin in a costume from the Broadway play, South Pacific, in which she starred. Alexander, model 014, 1951, with original elongated Fashion Award medallion, original box stamped Mary Martin; the doll was made for only one year, and has very beautiful complexion and costume.
