12" (30 cm.) The metal and brass bird cage with painted gilt and blue accents houses a feathered bird perched upon a brass bar that is decorated with leaves. When wound, the bird flits side to side, opens and closes his beak and waves its tail feathers, while cheerily chirping. Excellent condition. Swiss, mid-1900s.
