13" (33 cm.) Waist-up nude porcelain lady inclined to the side with arms posed as though dancing, sculpted grey hair, dramatically-painted facial features, attached to original wire underframe designed as lamp shade, which is covered with a plenitude of iridescent shells that form a skirt, and holding a garland of tiny shells. Excellent condition. Germany, Dressel, Kister & Co, circa 1912.
