6" (15 cm.) l. table. Arranged upon a wooden table and three wooden stools are various foods, including baskets of meats and vegetables, a large sculpted ham hock, and a side of pork. The creation and presentation of food stuffs was an important corollary of the presepio scene, and certain artists specialized in their craft. Late 1700s.
