Description
12" (30 cm.) A different bisque head is attached on either end of a common torso, designed that the skirt of one would cover the head of the other when not in play. One side has ebony black complexioned bisque socket head, brown glass eyes, closed mouth with coral-shaded lips, pierced ears, original black fleecy wig, (model markings illegible) and is wearing patterned muslin gown; the other side has white complexioned bisque shoulderhead, brown glass inset eyes, closed mouth, blonde mohair wig, bisque forearms, marked 698, and is wearing gold silk dress with lace trim. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: circa 1885. Value Points: the topsy-turvy doll is all-original, with two beautiful bisque heads.
