Bisque socket head, bright blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with prim shy smile, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over Steiner pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Le Parisien A 1 Paris (head) Le Petit Parisien...(body). Comments: Jules Nicholas Steiner, circa 1889. Value Points: delightful tiny size with endearing shy expression, choice bisque, original body and body finish, lovely antique costume and shoes.
