Description
10" (25 cm.) Posed upon a porcelain base is a brown-haired woman, her left arm held up to protect her face, and her right arm clasping a basket of meal. Posed about her on the the ground, at the basket and on her head are fifteen porcelain birds. The woman has well-detailed costume with rich draping and painted fabric patterns. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1900.
