Description
7" (18 cm.) Each has bisque socket head, large blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, single stroke brows, button-shaped nose, closed mouth with impish smile, impressed dimples, five-piece paper mache body, painted white socks and brown one-strap shoes, including girl with light brown braids, and boy with brunette bobbed wig. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 323 Germany 11/0 M (both). Comments: Marseille, circa 1920. Value Points: the pair wear their factory-original folklore costumes.
