8" (20 cm.) Earthenware shoulder head with shadowed bald pate,side curls,inset enamel eyes,very expressive features,hemp-wrapped body,earthenware lower arms and legs,expressively posed fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Neopolitan,early 1800s. Value Points: rare small size,wearing original costume including lambswool vest and leather satchel.
