19" (48 cm.) A tall wooden case with (worn) original transfer-printed paper cover hinges open to reveal a twelve-tray interior, each tray forming into a lotto board with carved and tinted bone chips and pegs, and with additional accessories, as well as a copy of the rules, "Regles du Jeu de Loto-Dauphin". A rare early parlor game, perfect for exhibition with dolls. Late 18th century.
