All composition, black human hair arranged in chignon at her nape and covered with black lace mantilla, brown painted eyes, socket head, jointing at shoulders and hips, wearing brown cotton full-length dress with lace collar and cuffs, petticoat, pantalet, shoes and socks, and with Effanbee heart bracelet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Anne Shirley. Comments: Effanbee, 1939, from their series of Historical Dolls depicting fashion through American history as symbolized in important events or times. Value Points: hard to find doll with original costume.
