14" (36 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass spiral threaded eyes, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth with slightly-parted lips, two rows of tiny porcelain teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden eight-loose-ball-jointed body with straight wrists, antique undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 7 (head) E.G.(body stamp, in circle). Comments: Ernst Grossman, circa 1880, with rare early deposed body. Value Points: very rare facial model with dear gentle smiling expression, early deposed body in near mint condition.
